You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request to see some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
If for any reason, we are not able to fulfil your order, we will contact you for further instruction. If you have ordered an item that is on Pre-Order, please be advised that the despatch date is a target and this may be subject to change. If there are any delays to pre-order products being shipped, we will contact you immediately and give you an updated estimate.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible, by calling the brewery (01535274285) or sending us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been dispatched and will need to be returned as per our returns policy below.
Returns and Refunds
If you have changed your mind and no longer want the item(s) you have purchased, please get in touch with us via email (email@example.com) within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders to be returned must be unused, in the same condition they were received and in their original packaging. We only offer refunds for returned orders and do not offer any exchanges.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable if your order is returned except in cases where there is an issue with the order e.g. damage in transit. The cost of postage and safe return of returned orders are the responsibility of the customer until the order is received back. We recommend that a trackable method of postage is chosen and you hold on to the proof of postage. Once your order has been returned we will get in touch to let you know it has been received and your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.
Damaged in Transit
If your order items(s) are damaged in transit and it is apparent on delivery, you should:
- sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged
- report such damage to us within 7 days
- arrange for collection and return if appropriate
Bingley Brewery will be responsible for paying shipment costs for returned items. Upon receipt of the returned items we will happily either replace the item(s) free of charge or give you a refund of the price of the items. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment including the cost of returning the damaged item(s).
Prices shown on this website are subject to change in line with costs and market values. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices shown include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%.
