ALTWEISSE / 60.% ALT BIER
This dark Westphalian Sticke Altbier was made in collaboration with Eyes Brewing of Leeds. Brewed using wheat malts, a crisp body has been achieved through fermenting at a low temperature. Malty and fruity flavours can be found and noble hop aromas, with a wonderful subtle oakiness from the addition of French Oak chips to the cask.
SAFFRON GOLD / 4.5% GOLD
Brewed in collaboration with the Peacock Bar, Bradford. Saffron Gold uses real Saffron.
REDNECK / 5.5% WEST COAST RED IPA
Redneck, a 5.5% West Coast Red IPA created in collaboration with Hooded Ram, is brewed using a blend of Pale, Munich, Red Crystal and Wheat malts that provide a wonderful sparkling ruby coloured ale. With a super selection of hops and there’s a few! Magnum, Amarillo, Chinook, Cascade and Mosaic give a citrus hit, intensified through dry hopping Summit and the new American hop Loral. Finished off with a smooth, malty backbone.
GARDEN FOX / 4.3% AMBER BITTER
This Amber bitter was brewed in collaboration with the Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge and The Gardeners Rest, Sheffield to celebrate Cooperatives Fortnight. Made using Pale and Dark Malts and Wheat Malt giving a subtle malty backbone. East Kent Goldings and Motueka hops in the kettle bring lovely aromas of lively citrus characters and delicate floral flavours, then dry hopped with the USA hop Mosaic for an extratropical fruity punch.
TAKES TWO TO MANGO / 5% MANGO IPA
Takes two to mango is a limited-edition IPA collaboration with Northern Monkey Brew Co. Unfined and brewed using Citra hop giving punchy tropical flavours and copious amounts of mango puree added to give a super mango hit on the palate, then double dry hopped with El Dorado to create this tongue tingler ending with a delightful fruity bitterness.
